| Every holiday season for the past 30 years, Greek Pastries, Greek Bread and Spanakopita (spinach rolls) have been sold at Holy Trinity to the people along the Coast of Mississippi. We are proud to continue to offer Greek pastries again this year and you can order different pastries by the box (6 or 12 pieces), along with our special assortment boxes. |
| The assorted Greek pastries offered include: Baklava (layers of filo, spiced nuts and honey), Kourambiedes (butter cookies with powdered sugar), Finikia (honey cookies with walnuts), Koulourakia (crisp butter twists), Marbled (chocolate) Koulourakia, Ergolavos Cresent (almond cookies). Also offered this year: Diples (shredded filo with syrup and nuts), Tyropita (cheese pies), Spanakopita (spinach triangles) and the very popular Greek bread (Tsoureki). |
| The assorted Russian pastries offered include: Russian Bread, Poppyseed Rolls, Nut Rolls, and Kolachy Cookies (with either nut or plum filling). |
| This year we are also offering "Greek store" items: Greek Olives, Elaia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dolmades, Orzo, and Castella Feta Cheese. |
